Our people look after more than 1300 clients, their businesses and their financial futures. That's why we only employ the very best people in the finance industry - and once here, our people stay. We have a very high proportion of staff who have been with Shorts for over 15 years!

Ongoing training is crucial in the ever changing financial world.  We offer ongoing mandatory training for all of our accountants. We are also an approved training site for the ICAEW and ACCA. Support staff are also actively encouraged to attend training courses.

Our people are always friendly, passionate and ready to help.
