In conjunction with our exclusive Management Reporting Pack MRP and our partnership with Academy For Growth AFG , we have developed the following four standard packages as part of our Management Support Services offering: Safety Net - the basic compliance protection package Every month we make sure that you are up to date, compliant and not wasting precious cash by having poor records. We complete your essential basic and advanced data entry requirements so that your records are up to date and balanced. We then complete your quarterly vat returns. We produce a monthly set of management accounts so that you know where you are and we ensure that your reporting requirements are met by producing your year financial statements, corporation tax return and annual return. You’re up to date throughout the year, minimising your exposure to penalties and interest from the taxman and keeping Companies House at bay. You get an annual meeting with your partner and free, effective marketing and business growth advice and support throughout the year. Monitor - the compliance and review service Monitor gives you everything included in Safety Net plus the benefits of advanced monthly tax provisions for greater planning and accuracy and includes all your P11d needs. Most importantly though, Monitor includes a monthly review and discussion of your creditor, debtor and director’s loan account positions. Great for advanced tax planning and critical as an early warning and management system for cash flow issues and bad debt risk. MonitorPro - active management of your business MonitorPro brings you all of the benefits of our Monitor programme but with three key ingredients added. First we produce a full monthly management reporting pack, a clear and concise statement of your business every month. Then we add two essential planning meetings, one focused on your business development, the second solely aimed at tax planning, driving your business forward in the most effective way throughout the year. Boardroom - complete control and drive for your business Boardroom is our ultimate management and advisory package for those who are serious about taking their businesses and their finances forward. You get everything included in Safety Net, Monitor and MonitorPro but much more beside. Monthly meetings with your partner, together with annual forecasts (updated monthly for the meeting), will enable you to drive your business forward with information, advice and support at a level others can only admire. All of the packages above are available as an all-in monthly fee, ensuring that you can be confident in the fact that you accountancy needs are catered for within one monthly payment.
